The history of Klarity dates back to the 1960's and a laboratory in Wilmington, Delaware. There Dr. Lester M. Larson created the world's first thermoplastic splinting material. His work provided the foundation for all of today's low-temperature medical thermoplastics. Dr. Larson and his son, Peter, founded Larson Medical Products in 1989, in Columbus, Ohio.
